3-Year Warranty/Return Policy

If any of our woody landscape plants dies within three years of installation by our professional landscapers, we will replace any defective plant with a comparable plant or plants with a value equivalent to the original purchase price. Replacement is limited to one time, and labor and other consequential costs are additional charges. This offer is only valid if the plant received adequate care after installation and does not cover weather, disease, animal or insect damage. Payment for the job must have been received within the terms of the sale and the customer’s account must be current. Roses, Buddleia, Caryopteris, perennials, annuals, grasses, transplanted materials, plants kept in containers, and ground covers are not covered under warranty. Plants purchased at discounted prices are excluded from the warranty. Please keep your receipt and plant tags as proof of purchase in order to validate the warranty.
